Midwest Conference YPD

Executive Board

The next Midwest Conference YPD Executive Board meeting will be held on Saturday, April 30th at Allen Chapel KCMO- flyer attached.  Registration will be covered for any Trinity YPDer that attends, so please let me know by this Sunday, April 24th (as they are trying to get a count for food) if your child(ren) plan to attend.  Also, please let me know if your child needs transportation – we will meet at Trinity @ 9am and should return by 3pm.  They are also asking for each YPDer to bring two (2) teddy bears for the mission outreach project, if they can.

Annual Conference Play Tryout

This year during youth night at Annual Conference the young people will perform a play called “I’m Done Being a Fan, I’m a Follower”.  Auditions will be held immediately following the Executive Board meeting on April 30th.  I am hoping I receive the parts this weekend.  If so, I will share so that our young people will have a chance to look it over and decide if they are interested. A flyer is attached, but let me know if you have any questions and I will do my best to answer.  Would love to see some of our talented TAME youth perform in the play during annual conference!

Thank you in advance for your support!
